Returns & Refunds

Each item is handmade and hand-dyed with care, and we hold every piece to a high standard of quality. Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has shipped.

Shipping Timescales

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3 weeks for crafting plus 2 weeks for overseas delivery.

Care Instructions

We recommend spot cleaning where possible.

If washing is needed, hand wash using a mild shampoo, then air dry. Iron on a silk/low heat setting. If your flag has a metallic or press-on design, place a baking sheet (or similar barrier) between the iron and the artwork to protect it.
